Blonding

Blonding by Darren – Fabuluxe Hair Studio Vermont

Blonde is my favourite colour to create, and the one that needs the most skill to get right. Whether you want soft, lived-in brightness, a creamy beige or an icy platinum, I tailor every blonde to your natural base, your skin tone and how often you want to visit the salon.

Blonding services at Fabuluxe

  • Lived-in blonde: soft root shading with bright lengths that grow out beautifully
  • Half head and full head foils: classic, dimensional brightness
  • Toner and gloss refresh: neutralises brassiness and restores shine between lightening appointments
  • Scalp bleach: all-over platinum, icy white or a base for vivid colour
  • Blonde colour correction: fixing banding, patchiness or unwanted warmth

Healthy blonde, always

Bright blonde shouldn't mean damaged hair. I use bond protection during lightening and can add a K18 treatment to keep your hair strong, soft and shiny.

Blonde aftercare tips

Blonding FAQs

Can I go from dark to blonde in one visit?

Sometimes, but not always. It depends on your starting colour and your hair's condition. Going lighter gradually over two sessions often gives a healthier, better-looking result.

Why does my blonde turn yellow?

Toner fades over time and lets underlying warmth show through. Purple shampoo and regular toner refreshes keep it bright.

Will bleach damage my hair?

All lightening affects the hair, but bond protection, careful application and good aftercare keep your blonde healthy.
